FESCO / TruVolt Brands is looking for a Senior Financial Bookkeeper to work closely with one of its newest subsidiaries, Propeller Brands. This skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Financial Bookkeeper will oversee, manage and account for the financial transactions associated with this exciting new company. Propeller Brands
This role is responsible for all day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of accuracy, organization, and accountability to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and oversee customer collections.
- Handle and respond to all operational communications related to financial activities.
- Oversee and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and timely disbursements.
- Maintain ongoing lender communications to track and record cash receipts.
- Prepare and distribute inventory reports for bank compliance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Close the books at month-end, ensuring all financial data is complete and reconciled.
- Oversee and manage sales tax filings and compliance.
- Conduct re-forecasting of financial projections based on current performance and market conditions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with leadership.
- Prepare and analyze yearly cash flow statements.
- Coordinate and support bank audits by providing accurate financial records.
- Facilitate annual financial reviews and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and issue annual 1099 forms.
- Coordinate and prepare information required for tax returns in collaboration with external tax professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in cash flow management and financial forecasting.
