We are seeking a Brand Designer to develop distinctive packaging graphics and visual directions for new product lines and emerging brands. This role is focused on concept development through product-ready design, establishing the creative direction, visual language, and packaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design packaging, retail display graphics, and supporting collateral across multiple product lines and brands.
  • Develop distinctive visual concepts for new brands, product launches, and packaging systems, incorporating AI throughout the creative process.
  • Use advanced AI image-generation and visualization tools to explore concepts, develop creative directions, and visualize final packaging and retail executions before production.
  • Translate approved creative concepts into structured, production-ready packaging and display layouts while preserving the integrity of the original design direction.
  • Create and update product labels, inserts, POP displays, display headers, promotional graphics, and other print collateral.
  • Manage packaging revisions, versioning, SKU variations, and rolling product updates across multiple brands and product categories.
  • Prepare final print-production files, ensuring proper bleeds, color accuracy, image resolution, typography, alignment, and production specifications.
  • Maintain organized working files, linked assets, and production artwork to support efficient scaling, revisions, and future product-line extensions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams to ensure packaging and retail executions align with broader brand and e-commerce initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, packaging, or marketing design
  • Strong visual design and production skills (layout, typography, composition)
  • Proven ability to develop original, high-quality design concepts
Tools & Skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite (strong InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiency)
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, NanoBanana Pro, Higgsfield, Veo, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of packaging layout systems
