The Role We’re looking for an Assistant to the Brand Manager (Body Glove license) to help drive the launch and growth of our new sporting goods line. This includes pool games, water guns, yard games, sporting goods, and yoga-related equipment.

This entry-level role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, product sourcing, and category research. For the right candidate, it offers a clear path toward advancing into a Product / Brand Manager role within FESCO. The role may also involve domestic and overseas travel to meet suppliers, attend trade shows, and support product sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Support sourcing of sporting goods and fitness products across international and domestic suppliers.

· Research consumer trends within the U.S. sporting goods and fitness categories.

· Identify top-selling products by analyzing market leaders and consumer preferences.

· Review Amazon sales data to evaluate bestsellers and competitive positioning.

· Analyze product economics including costs, pricing, sales performance, and compliance considerations.

· Conduct competitive research on pricing, demand, and sales data to guide product decisions.

· Spot differentiation opportunities to strengthen Body Glove’s brand positioning and consumer appeal.

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).

· 0–2 years of experience in brand marketing, consumer research, or a related field.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to manage data effectively.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and reports to senior management.
